For what purpose do we process the personal data of customers and users?
• PURPOSES OF A CONTRACTUAL NATURE FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES.
In fulfillment of a contract, agreement or order, carried out and/or formalized in any of the modalities accepted by law, for the provision of the services specific to the business activity of JOYRIDE, as well as for communication and information related to the products and/or services contracted and/or requested.
The data provided will be strictly necessary for the provision of the service, the maintenance of the contractual relationship and the bilateral communication between the parties. The fact of not providing this information would mean the impossibility of providing the service in an optimal, professional manner and adjusted to the tasks entrusted to JOYRIDE, avoiding its normal development and execution.

• PURPOSES THAT REQUIRE CONSENT.
Specific consent will be required for the processing of personal data for purposes other than those legitimated on the basis of a contractual relationship for the provision of services and, more specifically, those related to commercial and/or advertising actions directed at the user through any channel , especially with regard to electronic communications.
In any case, the explicit consent of customers and/or users will not be required for the processing of their data for commercial and informational purposes if they have given them freely and voluntarily, for their reception through any of the forms and/or enabled tools for the purpose, or if this content is part of the previously contracted services, these being considered as a continuous and complementary provision of services to the main one.

How long are personal data kept?
The users’ personal data will be kept as long as the contractual relationship with JOYRIDE lasts and/or the purpose for which they were provided is maintained.
The data of users who subscribe to the newsletter and news related to the activity of JOYRIDE by e-mail will be kept for as long as the interested party keeps the subscription valid and until the moment he requests to unsubscribe.

Who has access to the personal data provided to JOYRIDE?

• Public bodies, courts and tribunals, as well as police and administrative authorities, as long as there is a legal and certified obligation to provide them. In this case, JOYRIDE will duly inform the interested parties if the aforementioned event occurs.
• Collaborators of JOYRIDE who manage services outsourced by it. The contractual relationship with these collaborators guarantees the security, privacy and confidentiality in the treatment of the personal data of the clients based on the corresponding legal protection mechanisms established between the parties, ensuring respect for the roles of responsible and in charge of the data of in accordance with the applicable regulations.
In all cases, JOYRIDE signs the corresponding data processing contract on behalf of third parties with suppliers and collaborators through which, among other obligations, the application of technical and organizational measures is imposed appropriate, the processing of personal data solely and exclusively for the agreed purposes and in accordance with the instructions given by JOYRIDE, as well as the prescription to delete and return the data once the provision of services ends.

What are the rights of users?
JOYRIDE informs the user about the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability and limitation of treatment, as well as rejecting the treatment of automated profiles of the personal data collected.

Rights regarding the personal data provided
• Access: Right to access and consult the personal data of your ownership that open in the files of JOYRIDE.
• Rectification: The right to modify the personal data of your ownership that are inaccurate or erroneous.
• Cancellation: The right to request the deletion of personal data when, among others, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were provided.

• Right to lodge a complaint with the control authority: This right is provided for those cases in which the customer has not obtained a satisfactory response from the data controller in the exercise of his rights. In Spain, the authority is the Spanish Data Protection Agency – AEPD (http://aepd.es). In Catalonia it is the Catalan Data Protection Authority – APDCAT (http://apdcat.cat).

From what age can the user access the products and services of JOYRIDE?
The services of JOYRIDE, in principle, are not aimed at children under 18 years of age and, therefore, neither is its website.
